My poor Husband!

This Past Tuesday Zach had his ACL repaired! Everything went as planned, and we're so grateful for that!

He's been to physical Therapy, and they are totally impressed with how well he is healing, and moving along!

We've heard horror stories about this surgery, and zach has not had any pain at all, just stiffness from the swelling! We are so lucky...and so blessed!

So....I'm totally embarrassed to show my Before pictures...but i hear from everybody that "I better post them"

So i'm going to!! I lost a total of 26 pounds!! I lost 29 Inches and 10% body fat! 

I am for sure gonna continue with my trainers until i'm at my GOAL weight...bt i'm not disappointed with the results at all! I feel Ten times better!!

So Zach promised me that after my competition I could go on a shopping spree! And I did.....It was a lot of fun!!
