Flying through Week 2!

Week one down! FIVE  pounds lighter, and feeling great!!! I'm in the middle of week two, and its going by so fast, and i'm LOVING IT! Who ever thought someone could love exercising sooo much! But I really do!! 

I thought it would be fun to show you what my day looks like! And some of my favorite things!

Here is my meal schedules

Breakfast:  Egg Whites (6) 
       Whole Wheat Toast (2) 
                        Apple 
                        20 Ounces of Water

Snack:   String Cheese (1)
         Apple
                16 Ounces of Water

Lunch:  6 Ounces of Chicken
Brown Rice 1 Cup
Broccoli 1 Cup
                20 Ounces of Water

Snack ( 15 min after work out): 1 Scoop of protein and 6 ounces of water
  16 Ounces of Water

Dinner:  6 Ounces of Chicken 
  2 cups of Green Beans
  20 Ounces of Water


It seems Crazy, But i've gotten used to it....and it keeps me so full!  Half the time i dread eating my next meal because i'm so full!! 

As far as my work outs go

Monday - Sat.  Its Cardio Day
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Its also weight training day

Its been an amazing program, and I already feel 1000 x's Better! 

I'm sorry if you get sick of me talking about it....But i'm gonna keep updating because i'm so  pumped about it!
