Southwestern Chicken Casserole


4 Boneless, skinless chicken Breast
(Boiled & Shredded)
1 can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can of Chicken Broth
1 Small can of Green Chopped Chilis
1 Small Tub of Sour Cream
2 Cups of White Rice
2 Cups of Shredded Cheese ( I use Colby and Monteray Jack)
Mix Chicken, Cream of Chicken, Chicken Broth, Green Chilis, Sour Cream & White rice all together in a mixing bowl.  Then put in a 9x13 casserole Dish, put Cheese on Top. Cover With Tin Foil
Bake at 350` for 35 min. Take Tin foil off for the Last 5 min. and ENJOY!
