Ready to Commit. . . . .


So Remember last year, right before I got pregnant when I did that Biggest Loser Work Out Challenge?!?!?  I'm ready for a New Challenge! I'm ready to get this Baby Weight off, and get my body back!!!
I thought that posting it Publicly would Help Motivate me ( knowing I have People watching for results)

My weight as of Sep. 7th: 158
My Goal Weight: 120

How I'm going to accomplish my goal. . . . I'm doing a program at a local Gym.
Weight Training 3 days a week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
Cardio and abs 3 days a week (Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday)

It works.....I've just got to give all I got!
How I know it works?!?! I was almost in the exact same Situation Last year.

My Results from Last Year:
Starting Weight as of April 20th 2009: 158
Ending Weight as of July 20th, 2009: 125

Total Weight Lost: 33lbs.
Total Inches Lost: 29 Inches
Total Body Fat Lost: 10%

My Goal!

  5. You look good already! If I told you still how much weight I have to lose you'd probably die for me. Now that it has cooled down i'm going to take the baby out on jogs in the stroller etc. Then hit our gym up too. Man oh man its soo hard to lose after a baby!! I can't wait to see your progress You go girl!!
